April 5, 2008 - Best chiropractic team in Charlotte who offer permanent relief!
I have just started going to ChiroMed, but already I have more relief than after going to chiropractors for almost a year. I injured my lower back after stooping in a low attic to retrieve Christmas decorations, and pain and discomfort have been a daily nuisance. I would go to other chiropractors, and it felt better for a brief period, but I was never even told the condition could be cured. At ChiroMed I receive a neuro-muscular massage for about 45 minutes, and Ricky has already made the pain and discomfort dispensed over a wider area, and it is no longer isolated to one exact spot, and the pain is lessened. Just this morning I got out of bed without grabbing my back due to pain. I am already sleeping better because turning over in the bed no longer causes stabbing pain. If this is not enough, after seeing the massage therapist, I go to Dr. Bryant, who evaluates my condition and then makes spinal adjustments in my back and neck. I left yesterday walking taller and feeling less pain than in over a year. The repoire between Ricky and Dr. Bryant is so genuine, and they want to make people totally well and cured. They both assist in making the spine and the muscles surrounding the spine much stronger, so normal activity can be done without any pain. After going to another chiropractor for 10 months--usually 2 times a week, I am now feeling better after just two visits. April 3, 2008 - A team of two help the spine and the muscles around the spine to be cured totally. My "golf trip of a lifetime" was saved!
I turned 40 last fall and to celebrate, three friends of mine and I planned the "golf trip of a lifetime" - ten days in Scotland playing some of the finest and oldest golf courses in the world. About six weeks prior, I developed a back injury that, despite rest, heating pads, ointments and more, would not go away. It got worse and worse to the point that there were nights that I went to bed where it took me about five minutes to lay down and I didn't think I would be able to get out of the bed by myself when I woke up. Finally, a week before the trip, I turned to Ricky Prevatte of ChiroMed for help. I had been a sporadic massage client of Ricky Prevatte's for over ten years, but fortunately had never presented him with a challenge greater than your typical sports soreness, etc. With his knowledge of the neuromuscular system and my information about 'when and where it hurt', he was able to pinpoint the problem. What was even better, was that he was able to work it out - without excessive pain or discomfort - within that very treatment! I went bowling that night and left for Scotland five days later. I played golf for ten straight days - carried my bag every day - without ANY pain. Thanks to Ricky, I was able to experience this once in a lifetime trip to its fullest when, had I not gone to see him, I would have only been able to play every second or third day - even then through a LOT of pain. Over the last ten years, Ricky has never stopped learning his profession and worked hard to become the most effective neuromuscular massage therapist in the area. I wouldn't even consider wasting a dollar on any other therapist. This is not a 'rub down'. He invests his time, energy, concentration and focus each time I'm in to make sure my experience is great and any issues are address. I can't thank him enough for saving the trip I looked forward to so much and will remember forever.
March 29, 2008 - The best pain relief you will find.
What brought me to ChiroMed Plus was an old lower back injury I sustained 12 years ago. Through the years the injury has flared up, causing severe to moderate pain. My last flare up left me unable to work, do my daily activities or sleep. My home remedies no longer worked and I was looking for an alternative to going to another orthopedic, where I felt I would only get relief through medications. That was when I found ChiroMed Plus. Dr. Bryant and Ricky are a great team, that communicate very well with one another about their patients. It was a combination of chiropractic care and medical message that gave me the relief that I needed. I am a fairly new client, but already I feel better than I have in YEARS! I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful team. Thanks!
March 7, 2008 - I have been relieved of my chronic back pain!
To other chronic back pain sufferers. When you find something that makes a big difference in your health and well-being it should be shared with others. Over the last few weeks I have had a positive change in my life. Over the last 4 years I have experienced chronic back pain due to an accident. I have been given the painful steroid injections in my lower back ( and experienced the pain and side effects) with minimal relief. I have had epidurals with only limited and short term relief. I have also spent thousands of dollars on massages with very little results. The massages felt great while they were being performed but had no lasting results. Some massage work left me in more discomfort than before the massage. It was all very depressing and I had given up hope of ever feeling normal again. By luck, I found an ad placed by ChiroMed. It was the combination of chiropractic work with medicinal massage work. The chiropractic work was very comprehensive. The special attention to my specific problem was so very much appreciated. The other crucial aspect was the comprehensive massage work. It was not the typical body rub type, but more deep tissue demanding a lot of effort from the massage therapist. It wasn't the feel good type that I was used too, but a massage that generated lasting results. Instead of feeling goo for a hour or two, I felt good for days. I have continued treatment and I am very happy with the results. I'm not 100%, but I feel the best that I have felt in 4 years. I highly recommend ChiroMed. Dr. Eric and Ricky are an excellent team. They work with you and communicate with each other about your treatment to achieve REAL results, not superficial ones.
